WHAT TO DO UPON DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

When the courier delivers the product(s), the User must verify:

That the package is intact, not damaged and not wet, and in any case conforms to the standard features of a package; that the number of boxes (number of packages) indicated on the document corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered.

The courier must be immediately notified of any disputes: if such dispute is not notified, the product is deemed to have been properly delivered.

If the packaging demonstrates evident damage when the goods are unloaded, the delivery must be rejected and the damaged goods must be returned without the package having been opened, without paying the amount due and immediately notifying A&S gioielli SA of the inconvenience (see the CONTACT page).
